    ATC Commercial Coordinator

    Position Summary:

    The Commercial Coordinator serves as a central resource within the commercial organization, supporting sales, estimating, customer communications, and business development activities. This role helps ensure opportunities move efficiently from initial customer inquiry through quotation and order execution while maintaining accurate CRM data and coordinating commercial initiatives that support business growth.

    The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working across multiple departments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate commercial activities between customers, sales, estimating, engineering, production, and operations to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.
    • Prepare estimates and quotations for selected opportunities.
    • Assist with customer inquiries, order status, and commercial follow-up.
    • Manage and maintain CRM/Salesforce data, ensuring customer information, opportunities, and sales activities remain accurate and up to date.
    • Coordinate proposal preparation and customer-facing documentation.
    • Support Business Development Managers with opportunity tracking, customer follow-up, account planning, and sales support activities.
    • Monitor open quotations and coordinate follow-up efforts to improve quote conversion.
    • Coordinate outbound commercial initiatives, including trade shows, industry exhibitions, lead generation campaigns, customer outreach efforts, and other business development activities.
    • Generate sales reports, pipeline metrics, and other commercial performance reporting.
    • Support contract review, order administration, and other commercial documentation as needed.
    • Identify opportunities to improve commercial processes, communication, and overall operational efficiency.

    Qualifications:

    • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Three or more years of experience in sales support, commercial coordination, estimating, inside sales, or project coordination within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
    • Experience using CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
    • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
    • Experience interpreting engineering drawings or technical documentation is a plus.
