GLOVIS: Administrative Assistant Port Operations Temp

This intern position is to assist with AI based production planning project by gathering requirements, identifying data sources, and build a port production planning system that will produce accurately executable outcome to increase accuracy of ETA for customers.

• Interview port and HQ personnel to document As-Is process with Visio process maps.
• Collect interface files and sources for vessel schedule, port in data, real-time production data, parts inventory, lot inventory, lot location, shuttle, truck order, and ship out data.
• Build a logic to take in production requirements and produce processing plan according to the AI driven algorithm.
• Monitor accuracy of outcome and enhance logic to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Produce system maintenance document and train resident IT person.
• Produce SOP for end user.
