HR Business Partner

Gifford is seeking aHuman Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our HR team, supporting our non-clinical departments. This key role serves as the primary resource for both employees and management, providing comprehensive human resources support across all non-clinical functions of the organization. As an HRBP at Gifford, you will act as both an employee advocate and a change agent, working to develop integrated HR solutions that align with our broader business goals. Your responsibilities will span the full employee lifecycle for non-clinical rolesfrom recruitment and onboarding to ongoing oversight and support. This is a highly collaborative position that requires excellent relationship management, communication, and analytical skills to deliver thoughtful, effective service and drive organizational success. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred (Masters or HR certification is a plus). 3+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a generalist role.
