Job Description- Own onboarding and offboarding processes endtoend, ensuring a smooth and compliant employee experience
- Manage leaves of absence, including familiarity with EDD forms and related processes
- Administer employee benefits programs; partner with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Serve as the primary HR point of contact for summer interns, including coordination, onboarding, and program management
- Provide daytoday HR support for corporate employees, acting as a trusted, forwardfacing resource
- Travel locally to project sites as needed to support employees and business needs
- Partner closely with HR leadership on ongoing initiatives and improvements

The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Generalist should have: - Minimum of 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or broader HR role
- Experience supporting a corporate workforce of 300+ employees in a fastpaced environment
- Previous experience in construction or manufacturing industry strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and wear multiple hats
- Strong interpersonal skills with a forwardfacing, serviceoriented approach
