Office Space Allocation Committee (OSAC) Administrative Assistant Salary: $20.45 Job Number: 164 Summary of Job Responsibilities: The OSAC Administrative Assistant supports the USAC Office Space Allocation Committee and student organization occupants of Kerckhoff Hall. They ensure that the allocation process goes smoothly and spaces stay as clean, safe, and usable as possible. - Attend OSAC meetings
- Conduct weekly audits of student organization office space
- Provide excellent customer service to student organization occupants
- Advertise and assist with the biannual office space reallocation process
- Maintain organized records
- Oversee OSAC email
- Assist with administrative tasks
