Start as a Sales Apprentice

Get paid training, shadow experienced reps, demo equipment, generate leads, and build real customer relationships. No prior sales experience required-we'll teach you how to sell.

This role is designed to fast-track you into an independent territory sales position with uncapped earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Shadow sales demos and customer visits
• Learn and operate industrial cleaning equipment
• Support quotes, follow-ups, and orders
• Attend trade shows and industry events
• Solve real-world cleaning challenges for customers

Who We're Looking For

• High school diploma (technical/mechanical background a plus)
• Mechanical aptitude and hands-on mindset
• Energetic, personable, coachable, and driven
• Strong communication skills
• Valid driver's license and comfort with regional travel

Compensation

$40,000-50,000 base plus uncapped commission, company vehicle or vehicle stipend
