Bring Your Culinary Experience to a Premium Hospitality Environment. Sodexo is seeking an experienced Cook to join the culinary team at the American Express Centurion Lounge at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
The Centurion Lounge offers an elevated hospitality experience where quality, consistency, presentation, and attention to detail are part of the standard. This opportunity is ideal for a culinary professional who is confident working in a high-volume kitchen and takes pride in preparing quality food for a discerning guest population.
If you have experience in a hotel, upscale restaurant, country club, private club, catering operation, healthcare environment, institutional kitchen, or other high-volume foodservice operation, we’d like to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:
As a Cook, you’ll be responsible for preparing and executing food items according to established recipes, production standards, and quality expectations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Prepare and cook menu items with attention to quality, flavor, portioning, and presentation.
- Complete daily food preparation and production according to business needs.
- Execute recipes and standardized production procedures consistently.
- Support high-volume service while maintaining speed, accuracy, and quality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked workstation.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, temperature-control, and HACCP standards.
- Properly label, date, store, and rotate food products.
- Communicate effectively with chefs and fellow team members.
- Assist with maintaining an efficient and professional kitchen operation.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for a dependable culinary professional who can step into a fast-paced operation and contribute from day one.
Ideal candidates will have:
- 2+ years of professional cooking experience.
- Experience in restaurants, hotels, country clubs, private clubs, catering, healthcare, institutional foodservice, or similar operations.
- Strong understanding of fundamental cooking techniques and food preparation.
- Experience following recipes and standardized production procedures.
- Ability to maintain consistent food quality in a high-volume environment.
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Professionalism, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
Candidates must have the flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required. Reliability and consistent attendance are essential in our airport operation.
