Full-time Role: Personal Care Assistant

Scope: Mostly mobility assistance; getting in and out of the wheelchair, help clean up and shave

Role Description: The Personal Care Assistant is responsible for providing compassionate care and support to individuals needing assistance. This role includes various duties related to personal care, Lighthouse-keeping tasks, medication reminding, mobility support, and helping individuals navigate stairs.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.- Proven experience as a Caregiver, Personal Care Assistant, or similar role.- Must pass a comprehensive background check.- Demonstrated ability to pay close attention to detail and follow care plans accurately.- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly and compassionate demeanor.- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.- Physical ability to perform the position's duties, including lifting and transferring clients as needed.- A commitment to providing high-quality, empathetic care to individuals in need.
