Recruiting Coordinator

Location: Canonsburg, PAPay: $22.00–$30.00 per hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Recruiting Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition and Human Resources team in Canonsburg, PA.

In this role, you will coordinate interviews, manage scheduling logistics, communicate with candidates, and help create a professional and positive candidate experience. You will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and interview teams to keep the interview process organized, accurate, and moving efficiently.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in recruiting coordination, human resources, administrative support, executive assistance, customer service, or complex scheduling who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is known for strong organization, responsiveness, and follow-through.

This position is temporary and is not currently expected to convert to a permanent role. However, future opportunities may become available as the organization continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interview teams.
• Manage multiple calendars and interview logistics while minimizing scheduling conflicts.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates during the interview scheduling process.
• Communicate interview details and updates professionally and promptly by phone and email.
• Respond to scheduling requests, candidate questions, and last-minute changes with a sense of urgency.
• Maintain accurate candidate, interview, and scheduling information within recruiting systems.
• Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition and Human Resources teams.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive candidate and company information.
• Assist with recruiting and HR-related projects as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous experience in recruiting coordination, human resources, administrative support, executive assistance, office administration, customer service, scheduling, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and changing schedules in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Proactive, dependable, and highly responsive with strong follow-through.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or scheduling software is preferred but not required.

Work Environment

This position is onsite in Canonsburg, PA. A hybrid work schedule may be considered after the employee has demonstrated consistent performance and success in the role.
