Job Description

We're looking for a Sales Account Executive who thrives on building and growing client relationships while delivering strong sales results. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the full client lifecycle, from qualifying inbound opportunities and onboarding new accounts to driving long-term growth, retention, and revenue expansion. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for your portfolio of accounts, balancing new client acquisition, strategic account management, and hands-on operational support to deliver a seamless customer experience.

The ideal candidate is a service-minded self-starter with exceptional communication skills and a passion for building strong, long-term client relationships. Success in this role requires strong analytical thinking, effective prioritization, and a proactive approach to managing opportunities in a fast-paced environment. The ability to balance relationship management, revenue generation, and operational responsibilities is essential.

This position reports directly to the Director of Sales and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the growth of our customer base and overall business.

Education/ Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required; major in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field strongly preferred

  • 3+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales, account management, or client success role with responsibility for acquiring, growing, and retaining client relationships

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills that allow successful business interactions with individuals of all leadership styles, personalities, and career levels

  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint

Ability:

  • Highly motivated, disciplined, and reliable with a strong sense of autonomy and enthusiasm for achieving goals

  • Ability to work effectively in time-sensitive situations while maintaining a high standard of client service

  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to manage time effectively while prioritizing and executing multiple tasks at once

  • Ability to demonstrate sound judgement and decision-making competencies

Work Conditions/ Physical Demands:

  • This position is fully remote, with candidates located in the Eastern Time Zone strongly preferred. The successful candidate will maintain regular business hours aligned with the Eastern Time Zone and be consistently available throughout the workday. Because this is a highly collaborative role involving frequent interactions with customers, leadership, and cross-functional teams, reliable daytime availability and timely responsiveness are essential.

  • The ideal candidate must maintain a dedicated, private workspace with reliable high-speed internet and cell phone service. This role requires a professional work environment conductive to client interactions, virtual meetings, and focused work with minimal distractions.

Pay & Benefits:

Compensation is determined by various factors such as location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as internal and external equity and organizational needs.

The salary range for this position is $52,100 to $65,100 annually. The posted range reflects our national average range for the job. We may ultimately pay more or less than the published range based on the factors mentioned above. This range may be modified in the future.
