Job Description
- Support the IBM Quantum Sales team in managing and progressing business opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
- Assist with opportunity tracking, sales activities, deal status, and required follow up actions.
- Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, and sales data across relevant sales systems and tools.
- Help maintain sales reports, metrics, and dashboards.
- Research customers, industries, and business opportunities to provide insights that support sales activities and client engagements.
- Create PowerPoint presentations for internal and client facing meetings.
- Collaborate with teams across IBM such as Finance, Contracts, Legal, Tax, IBM Client teams, as well as the IBM Quantum team members to help move opportunities from initiation through execution.
- Assist with client and seller follow up activities and help ensure action items are tracked to completion.
