No third-party subcontractors.Description: Sr. HR Generalist The Sr. HR Generalist will cover a unique and challenging opportunity to collaborate with upper Management and the team leaders across all functions within the Organization to create a meaningful team culture that brings the best employee experience together.The role will support the administration of a variety areas within the HR which would include compliance.The Employee relations, recognition, performance management, leave administration, workers compensation, onboarding and offboarding.Policy implementation, unemployment, law compliance and the administrative support.Enhance and execute new hire onboarding and orientation process.Introduce the new hire to the Organization.Provide employee training within the Organization.Provide compliance of sexual harassment training, discrimination, or other workplace harassment training and assist in any investigation and disciplinary actions.Enforce all the Human Resources policies.Prepare reports, summaries and audits.Special projects, and other duties as assigned.Knowledge of EEO, FLSA, paid and unpaid leave laws.High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Ability to plan, organize, and effectively managing high level projects within the Organization.High level of customer service driven.Highly proficient with Office 365.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in related field from an accredited institution.8+ years of HR experience.Working in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
