Job Summary
International Student Services is seeking a student worker as an I-Team Front Desk Assistant within our office in the Green Center. I-Team Assistants provide support and assistance to staff members, current students, and alum. This position’s primary focus is to be the initial point person to greet visitors and answer general questions. Assistants will also support ISS programs. As an I-Team Assistant, you will gain valuable professional experience while making a meaningful impact on our students and campus community.
This student leader will gain meaningful experience in event planning, peer engagement, digital communication, and administrative operations while developing essential skills aligned with the NACE Career Readiness Competencies.

Teamwork: Collaborate with ISS staff and student employees to support daily operations, plan events, and contribute to shared team goals.

Technology: Strengthen digital fluency by utilizing mySNHU, Brightspace, ServiceNow, the ISS Booking System, social media platforms, and other university technologies.

Compensation
The hourly pay range for this position is $13.00 - $15.00. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations.
