Qualifications we prefer: • Prior experience as supervisor in Engineering or Operations Engineering • Leadership, critical thinking, business discernment, innovation, collaboration, written & verbal communication, presentation, analytical thinking, problem solving, customer focus, attention to detail • Prior experience in castings, manufacturing engineering, and aerospace • Six Sigma green belt or equivalent • Background with Statistical Process Control (SPC) and the Manufacturing Readiness Level (MRL) process • Highly self-directed, quick learner, with a strong drive for results, team-building, and excellent organizational and communication skills. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines • As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure hiring process, candidates may be asked to attend select steps of the interview process in-person at one of our office locations, regardless of whether the role is designated as on-site, hybrid or remote.
