Work cooperatively with staff members to address their custodian/maintenance/driving needs Under officer supervision, set up and follow periodic-check system to service, for example, emergency lights, water heater, fire alarms, building alarms, fire-protection systems, kitchen mechanical equipment, and vehicles. Identify and propose maintenance projects necessary for property upkeep; handle small projects, such as light painting, minor plumbing issues, and miscellaneous repairs, in-house as time and skills permit, and complete projects in a competent, timely manner as directed by Corps Officers.
