WHAT YOU WILL DO: • Clear and reset tables promptly and discreetly between guests, maintaining a pristine dining environment • Assist servers and captains to ensure smooth and efficient service during all meal periods • Refill water, bread, and other table items as directed • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining room, service stations, and back-of-house areas • Properly handle and polish china, glassware, and silverware, including Ginori porcelain • Support opening and closing duties, including setup, breakdown, and sanitation • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines in compliance with NYC regulations • Anticipate guest and team needs in a fast-paced, high-end service environment WHAT YOU WILL BRING: • Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, luxury or fine dining a plus • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and presentation • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining professionalism • Excellent teamwork and communication skills • Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and peak retail hours • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
