The role focuses on the administrative lifecycle of healthcare operations, including patient access, insurance and authorizations, claims and revenue cycle processes, provider and payer operations, health information, and practice administration. Direct experience with relevant healthcare systems, such as: Payer portals including Availity, Optum/Change Healthcare, Waystar, Office Ally, UHC Link, BCBS, or Aetna.
