Technical Skills: Ability to read assembly drawings and Bills of Material (BOM), use a pneumatic impact, follow torque specifications, verify labels and packaging requirements, use basic measuring tools, and perform basic math using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals. The Mounter/Packager assembles and mounts retractors according to engineering drawings and specified torque requirements, then inspects, labels, and packages completed products according to work order, production, and shipping requirements.
