This role serves as the on-site point of contact for program customers and employees, executing and coordinating work order requests, office moves, site openings and closures, supply management, vendor coordination, and general upkeep. Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs: lighting, ceiling tiles, doors/locks, furniture, plumbing fixtures, HVAC comfort adjustments, minor electrical, and general handyman tasks.
