The ideal candidate brings strong technical leadership, familiarity with the Systems Engineering Life Cycle (SELC) framework, and hands-on experience guiding matrixed teams through project initiation, requirements gathering, deployment, and transition to Operations and Maintenance (O&M). Facilitate all necessary project meetings, to include requirements gathering, project kick-off, technical exchange meetings, design review, project status meeting, project closeout meetings and all ad-hoc and post-mortem meetings necessary.
