Job Summary/Purpose: Patient Throughput & Flow Coordination - Supports timely patient throughput by coordinating the movement of discharged patients into and through the Discharge Lounge, collaborating with inpatient units, transport services, pharmacy, and other departments to reduce discharge delays and optimize hospital capacity.
