The successful candidate must possess a strong working knowledge of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, towers, piping systems, structural steel, and other mechanical equipment commonly encountered in industrial maintenance, construction, and turnaround projects, with the ability to apply this knowledge to scope evaluation, estimating, and proposal development. The role is responsible for developing accurate cost estimates, analyzing bid documents, evaluating labor and material requirements, and preparing competitive proposals for refinery, petrochemical, chemical, and other industrial clients.
