Key ResponsibilitiesOversee month-end close and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting Manage general ledger, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation Maintain and enhance internal controls and accounting policies Support audit processes and coordinate with external auditors Oversee cash management and assist with financial planning activities Partner with leadership on reporting, analysis, and special projects Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency . QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance CPA strongly preferred 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within financial services Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and controlsProven ability to step into interim roles and operate independently Excellent communication and leadership skills .
