Prior experience must include two (2) years with the following: building and reviewing financial models in excel or related spreadsheet tools including operating models, M&A and LBO valuations and models that incorporate corporate finance concepts, risk/return dynamics and GAAP and non-GAAP (for foreign equivalent) principles for companies; managing and coordinating multiple work streams with senior bankers and various product experts across the division; executing M&A transactions involving deal origination, information memorandum preparation, strategic and financial partner approach strategies, valuation and combination analyses, transaction negotiation and fairness opinions and Board presentations; developing complex presentations and presenting to senior executives such as the CEO and CFO of clients on M&A, corporate strategy and financing alternatives; and managing multiple live work streams, coordinate with clients, external counsels, co-advisors and senior deal team members to ensure smooth execution of deals. Requires: Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role.
