Must have two (2) years of prior working experience with: analyzing, evaluating, and executing mid and large cap (enterprise value of $500 million and more) sellside and buyside transactions; developing fully integrated cash flow, balance sheet, and P&L financial models, including accounting adjustments, with probabilistic scenarios; developing equity (including merger and LBO) and debt transaction models; developing valuation and model analysis for Fairness Committees and presentations to Board of Directors at various companies to make strategic M&A decisions; working directly with key stakeholders at various publicly listed companies (enterprise value of $1 billion and more) including CEOs, CFOs and finance teams on transactions; and utilizing tools including Thomson Reuters Eikon and Bloomberg Terminals to conduct detailed financial analysis and benchmarking exercises for public companies. Requires: Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Law, Legal Studies, Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a related Investment Banking role.
