The successful applicant will have 5-10+ years of Superintendent experience, previous ground-up multifamily project experience, a Bachelor's degree in Construction Science or Construction Management, strong knowledge of construction means and methods, market conditions, and subcontractor trades, proficiency in software and construction tools, excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, and be highly organized with strong analytical and decision-making abilities. Conduct early-stage planning, including job site logistics and identifying gaps or overlaps in scopes of work.
