The right individual has 5-10+ years of construction experience, with a minimum of 5 years specifically in luxury custom home construction, and understands the level of organization, communication, financial management, and attention to detail required to successfully deliver a high-end custom residence. This individual will have overall responsibility for the project budget, schedule, contracts, procurement, client communication, design-team coordination, subcontractor management, quality, documentation, and profitability.
