Provide day-to-day leadership, management, and support to installation associates, including work assignments, scheduling, performance management and accountability, communication, and assistance in resolving operational or installation-related issues. The Production Process Supervisor is responsible for the overall management and execution of compactor installation activities, including project planning, preparation, team assignments, required project modifications, installation completion, and final inspection.
