We work on several types of strategy projects, including problem sizing/solutioning, process reimagination, operating model and organizational design, firmwide transformation, and more, to help JPMC define how technology should be utilized to enable the firm's overall business strategy, including in areas such as AI/agentic, data strategy, technology infrastructure, line of business technology, product development lifecycle etc. The Global Technology Strategy (GTS) team is an internal management consulting team that works closely with GT Leadership-the Firm's CIOs, CISO, CTO, and other senior technology leaders-to drive technology strategy, enable innovation, and solve the biggest technology problems across the firm.
