RESPONSIBILITIES: Draft, negotiate, and/or oversee the drafting and negotiation of a wide range of legal documents, including commercial and government contract documents, non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements, leases, licenses, acquisition and disposition agreements, cloud, SaaS, IT, and other licensing agreements, and supplier agreements. Fully own Long Wall’s legal support for supply chain, including design, development, and implementation of policies, procedures, templates, and training that (i) maximally leverage cost-efficient resources, including artificial intelligence, and (ii) ensure that the appropriate terms are flowed down to our counterparties.
