The Manager, Lease Accounting leads EVgo's end-to-end lease accounting function, owning the monthly close cycle for the full lease portfolio, maintaining compliance with ASC 842, and serving as the primary accounting authority on lease classification, portfolio modifications, and policy development. This role manages lease transactions through CoStar, coordinates closely with the Lease Administration, FP&A, and SEC Reporting teams, and ensures that lease accounting processes meet EVgo's internal control requirements under SOX 404.
