Compensation is between $100-150 per hour based on fee-split commission model with the provider receiving a percentage of collected fees for services rendered and depend on service type, reimbursement rates and fees collected. We are in-network with the following insurance panels: Aetna, Humana, Cigna, Optum, United, UMR, Beacon Health, EAP, Value Options, Avmed, Magellan, Tricare, Humana Military, Lyra, Modern Health, and Concordia.
