Other duties include: Answers phones and takes special orders; trains new employees, educates and assists guests at the Deli/Bakery counter; attract guests by creating a fun and friendly atmosphere; actively engaging guests through product samples and suggestive selling; ensures display cases are fully stocked with product and understanding all health, safety and sanitation regulations. Beyond grocery, our diverse retail operations include liquor stores, convenience stores, fuel locations, pharmacies, and franchise businesses such as Ace Hardware, Country Floral, Caribou Coffee, Dunn Brothers Coffee, Erbert and Gerbert's, Godfather's Pizza, and Pet Supplies Plus.
