Drive automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives across General Ledger and financial close processes, leveraging data analytics, Power BI, Power Query, Alteryx, RPA, and emerging technologies to improve reporting accuracy, reduce manual activities, and enable more efficient decision-making. Serve as a key contributor to business continuity and succession planning within the Accounting organization by building deep expertise in critical General Ledger, closing, and financial reporting processes, strengthening documentation and controls, and ensuring effective knowledge transfer and organizational resilience.
