Supervise staff and vendors that install, inspect, repair, and maintain building systems, including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire suppression, water, wastewater, pest control and HVAC systems, including related control systems, promoting expeditious service to complete work orders. Manage the PM expense and repair budget, contribute to vendor performance management and work order flow management, review and process proposals and invoices (approve invoices and maintain budget of all maintenance costs), prepare monthly reports on special projects, and facilitate overall communication to the field.
