This position supportsthe VP, Accounting/Controller by managing accounting processes, maintaining effective internal controls, ensuring compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and regulatory requirements, and leading accounting staff. AVP, Accounting plays a critical role in the monthly and annual financial close processes, financial statement preparation, general ledger management, reconciliations, accounts payable, fixed assets, investments, and regulatory reporting.
