The role works closely with FP&A, Treasury, Payroll, Human Resources, Legal, Operations, Accounts Payable, Tax, and external auditors and supports acquisitions, entity integrations, system enhancements, and other finance transformation initiatives. • Oversee accounting for corporate transactions including fixed assets, leases under ASC 842, debt and interest, equity transactions, payroll and bonus accruals, prepaid expenses, contingent liabilities, and other significant balance sheet accounts.
