Discovery & Solution Design - Run discovery on customer operations (order profiles, SKU data, throughput requirements, and process flow) and build solution models in Excel (storage sizing, throughput and labor analysis, and ROI cases), working closely with the data & analytics and solution enablement squads in India to translate them into clear, customer-facing proposals. You will dig into a prospect's operation, model what an automated solution looks like for them, and deliver customer value, helping grow our U.S. commercial team as we scale Automated Storage & Retrieval Systems (ASRS) and Pick-Assist Autonomous Mobile Robots (PA-AMR) across distribution and fulfillment operations.
