Who You Are: Bachelors Degree (preferably Marketing, Advertising, or Business) At least 1 year of digital marketing experience (Agency and/or retail experience is a plus) Analytical mindset and data-driven problem solving skills Innovative, positive, and self-directed attitude Strong interest in retail, e-commerce, and fashion Strategic mindset, highly organized, creative mindset Experience with Google AdWords, Bing Ads Knowledge of online analytical tools like Adobe Analytics/Omniture, Google Analytics.
