Initiate and manage complex subcontracts from pre-award to post-award focusing on performance, change control, quality, cost, and schedule. Responsibilities: Perform sourcing, evaluating, price reasonableness, negotiating, subcontract administration, and closeouts under the supervision of the Procurement Manager.
