Support staff includes CNA, receptionist/HUC, charge nurse, phlebotomy, IV/VAT team, resource nurse (as staffing allows), 24/7 respiratory therapy and hospitalist coverage, and intensivist coverage. General Med/Tele skillset required including stroke care, cardiac rhythm interpretation, trach care, PIV starts, chest tube management, NGT placement, and drain/tube management.
