Primary Function: The Manager, Learning & Development is responsible for building and leading Dashiell's learning ecosystem, partnering with business leaders and HR Business Partners to assess organizational training needs and translate them into effective programs that develop employees, managers, and leaders. We serve electric utilities, power generation, industrial, renewable, and energy markets with integrated capabilities spanning planning and system studies, engineering and design, maintenance and testing, program management, construction, and turnkey EPC delivery.
