Independently manages the most complex credits and largest relationships by evaluating mission, governance, board oversight, operating model, program performance, fundraising capacity, liquidity, debt service capacity, restricted and unrestricted net assets, cash flow reliability, covenant compliance, collateral support, and long-term financial sustainability. Underwrites, structures, and documents new and existing transactions for complex nonprofit relationships, including organizations with multiple revenue streams, donor-restricted funds, endowments, capital campaigns, grant funding, government or reimbursement-based revenue, affiliated entities, pledges, and seasonal or event-driven cash flow.
