Possesses expansive knowledge of procedural and substantive law and superlative skills in all areas of litigation, including but not limited to trials, public speaking and/or communication, case preparation, strategy, advocacy, negotiations, depositions, expert witnesses, case analysis/evaluation, reporting, and client/customer service. Superlative skills in all areas including, but not limited to, trial, public speaking and/or communication, case preparation, strategy, advocacy, negotiations, depositions, expert witnesses, damages, ana lysis/evaluation, reporting and client/customer service.
