Knowledge equivalent to that which normally would be acquired by completing a four-year college degree program in mechanical, electrical, HVAC/energy or applied engineering, energy modeling/analysis, mathematics, and/or statistics; over eight years or related and progressively more responsible or expansive work experience in operations and maintenance of high-performance buildings, and in energy analysis/modeling, operations and facilities management; including design, methods, materials, codes, maintenance and operation of appropriate systems; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 20% Oversee day to day operations in a 'working supervisor' capacity to Building Systems Efficiency Team - which consists of Re-Commissioning Project Managers, Energy Systems Project Manager (PIA), Energy-Operations Engineer, Professional Aides and Student Employees.
