This persons primary duties include working with both Full Time and Part Time Helpers and include ordering, receiving and checking-in perishable and non-perishable merchandise, cooler organization, product rotation, inventory [Back stock Control], trimming, packaging, sanitation, and housekeeping. Produce Assistant: Hourly Lead Person in the Produce Department and responsible for total department operation including direct supervision of its backroom and production.
