Vast is rapidly developing its multi-module Haven Station to ensure a continuous human presence in space for America and its allies, enabling advanced microgravity research and manufacturing, and unlocking a new space economy for government, corporate, and private customers. The Employee Relations Specialist will partner closely with the Manager of Employee Relations, People Business Partners, Legal, managers, and employees to ensure employee concerns are addressed fairly, consistently, and in alignment with company policies and applicable employment laws.
