This position will balance Safety, Quality, Productivity, Employee Engagement and Market Growth to achieve business goals in the area of Sales, Customer Net Promoter Score, Employee Engagement, Profitability and Growth, including retention of current customers, addition of new customers and the expansion of Service Lines. Today, this includes oversight of current state operational technologies, integrations, and business processes supporting various tree and lawncare services operations.
