The position will act as a mentor to intermediate staff with classroom training and audits to ensure compliance with FBI and BCA policy, State and Federal regulations, agency agreements and state and federal law related to use and access of NCIC Hot Files, BCA MNJIS Hot Files, Interstate Identifications Index (III), BCA Criminal History System (CHS), Law Enforcement Incident Search (LEIS), National Data Exchange (N-DEx) and other data sources accessed through the Law Enforcement Message Switch (LEMS). Ability to read and comprehend public administration texts, federal rules, state statues, manuals, and other documents and correspondence to sufficiently interpret, revise, and draft comprehensive reports, procedures, correspondence and training communicating complex information in easy to understand terms.
