This role partners closely with Operations, Safety, Human Resources, project leadership, subject matter experts, and the broader Learning and Development team to ensure programs are practical, scalable, measurable, and aligned with Alterman’s business priorities and core values of Safety, Ownership, Craftsmanship, and Continuous Improvement. This role is primarily responsible for developing field supervisors, including foremen and other frontline field leaders, and for strengthening the technical, operational, and leadership capabilities of employees across Alterman’s project management career path.
